Creating a Transaction Report filter containing an accent "é" UTF-8 don't display any data.
The result is empty.

Category Filter exemple: Animaux domestiques:Vétérinaire

Not tried with all others foreign accents encoding UTF-8. but "ô" is working.

returning on the Transaction Report Filter and loading last settings display the categorie in ANSI encoding:
