Description of the bug

For the reasons discussed in #5251, split notes are now appended to the display of transaction Notes in the Notes column of the transaction list.

When a transaction is selected in the list, the transaction Notes are also displayed in the information panel, however the split notes are not shown:

Expected Result

Split notes (if any) should be displayed in the information panel following the display of the transaction Notes (if any).
