Allow user to pass
HTTP_AUTH_HEADER_<host>orHTTP_AUTH_TOKEN_<host>secrets with build that would then be used for authorization onllb.HTTPcalls. Similar secrets are supported for Git operations.@AkihiroSuda @marxarelli
