Description
A status column was added to the 'mc batch list ' output table.
Motivation and Context
The 'mc batch list ' output feels incomplete. It shows when the job started, but it does not show its current status without typing another command. The STATUS column that was added references 'mc batch status ' for each job and calculates if the current job is "in-progress", "completed", "failed", or "unknown".
How to test this PR?
Create a new batch job with "mc batch start encryption-key-rotation.yaml".
Run "mc batch list " and check the STATUS column for the job's current status.
