Fixes #197503

  • Consolidates final two walkthroughs, removes a few non-critical steps
  • Pulls up settings and video tutorials steps into first walkthrough (and co-locates settings sync CTA right after this step @bhavyaus)
  • Various content updates to address some wording weirdness/clarity
  • CSS changes, mainly to account for slightly higher step counts
  • Fixes extension gallery SVG
