When connected to a remote ssh, there is a race condition between when the remote fsp is activated and when trust is updated via the remote authority resolution. This only matters because to compare trusted uris with the workspace uri, we need to know whether the fsp provider ignores casing to be accurate. For this reason, after the remote authority is resolved, we activate the remote fsp before updating the trust state.
