Print a warning when completion provider change the insert behaviour during resolve #86122
Description
This is one outcome from #85741 and about a message (and telemetry?) that we should show whenever a CompletionItemProvider changes an item so that its insert, sorting, or filtering behaviour would change. E.g. only detail and description should be filled in. When command and/or additional edits are added that's also bad but less bad than changing range or filter text.
