Steps to Reproduce:
- Open single folder in vscode containing just one folder
FolderA - Select
FolderA, create child folderf - Click New Folder Action and cancel
- Click New Folder Action again, type
a/s/dand accept - Click New Folder Action and cancel
- Click New Folder Action again, type
q/w/eand accept
