The 'Reload' button on the extension pack was shown before all extensions were installed. I immediately clicked and ended up with a partial install of the pack.

Also: The 'Installing' indicators are missing from the extensions that are part of the pack.

And then: Uninstalling the extension pack does not uninstall the locally installed extensions of the pack. But that's probably known and expected?
