I have the settings editor defaulting to json:

    "workbench.settings.editor": "json",

When I choose the new "Online Services Settings" link in the gear, settings.json opens. That makes some sense given my setting, but my expectation is that the settings UI is displayed with the @tag:usesOnlineServices query so that I know which settings to change.

Otherwise, it looks like nothing happens when I execute the command and it becomes exactly the same as the Settings command.
