Add command to edit focused setting in settings editor

> Add keyboard shortcut to trigger edit of selected setting

Works like so:
- Open settings editor
- Search for something
- Press enter to select one of the results
- Press cmd+.
- Context menu appears on the setting, same as if you had clicked the pencil icon
- If the setting is overridden on the right side, the context menu appears on the right side
