• Try executing Terminal: Switch Active Terminal from the command palette with: no terminals open, a few terminals open, and renamed terminals and tasks open.
• Do the same thing but from a keybinding for the command (as well as keybindings for quickOpenNavigate(Next|Previous)InTerminalPicker). You'll have to set the keybindings yourself as there is no default keybinding.
• Rename some terminals through the gear icon on the right. Verify that after renaming, you get taken back to the list of terminals.
