Support checkout/apply-changes directly from the chat view #260227
Description
Currently the File Changes part only support "Open in Diff Editor" action, it would be convenient if it supports
- apply changes to local
- checkout the pull request
We can expose this menu so GHPRI can contribute actions to the menu.
