Testing #249657

On Windows with NVDA:

  1. Enable screenreader accessibility mode.
  2. For the accessibility.signals.chatUserActionRequired setting, set sound to off and announcements to auto.
  3. Open up chat with agent mode and ask to add two numbers in the terminal.
  4. 🐛 No announcement is heard when the confirmation box shows up.
