People often get confused when the engine version for an extension is bumped to tomorrow's date. Then the extension is not loaded and vscode silently uses the installed marketplace version. Would be really helpful to show a notification in this specific case- when the extension is being debugged but can't be loaded. OR, show a warning, but still load the extension.
