ref: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/241785 - GitHub does not want to support third-party URLs for images, so we are disabling the above feature for now - if we want this to work, we'd likely have to fetch or download the image from the URL - URLs coming from the image upload service will be OKAY.
