Since squiggles for quick fixes don't come up immediately, make it so that ctrl + . will activate all quick fixes in the line, even if the cursor is not on the specific squiggle. (functions like the blue lightbulb quick fix)

• Allow refactorings to still show at the cursor position, show quickfixes in the line in the menu
• Highlight where quickfix is being activated if hovering over that label
