Support to navigate to the extended jsconfig/tsconfig.json #16905
Description
TS now support extends in the tsconfig.json file see below for an example from:
https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript/wiki/What's-new-in-TypeScript#configuration-inheritance
It would be nice when the referenced file is validated (should be provided by TS) and the tsconfig.json editor supports to navigate to the referenced file.
