Improve the dev container innerloop when cloning a repository into a container volume

- Support "rebuild" as in bind mount scenario, that is, it rebuilds the real container and not the recovery container
- Guide user to 'Rebuild' when in the context of a recovery container
- Show the creation log and the dev container config files in a recovery container (align with bind mount behaviour)
