Leaked debug processes on VS Code reload window #6917
Description
Issue Type: Bug
- enable experimental debugging
- open a notebook
- run a cell line-by-line (or use full debugging - doesn't matter)
- while debugging is running reload window
-> debug process is still hanging around
I ran this in a codespace.
When I run the same steps but using the js debugger, no process leaks.
