Testing microsoft/vscode#129467

I'm using this notebook https://github.com/fastai/fastbook/blob/master/08_collab.ipynb

1. Run all
2. Pick a cell down below like 65 (one that does learning)
3. Run line by line
4. 🐛 once it starts learning it does not know what to do and opens a new file

I'm not sure if this is related to the code cell contents or because it's a large cell. Also, the stop button should be on the left for the case here where i want to click stop but accidentally hit run again because of the position shifting.
