• Redirect the existing command to display the corresponding settings UI
• Remove the UI
• Keep the settings,
• Update the settings to just be limited to Python Environments
• Filtering remote kernels isn't supported, but its displayed in the UI (its a bug)
• Filtering of Jupyter Kernels will be removed

Note: We're planning on keeping the ability to hide Python Environments as one might want to hide Python envs (that do not work or the like) in Dev Containers (& give preference to Conda environments)
