Refresh JSHint support #48
Description
- Add support for 'extends' in jshintConfig within package.json files
- Add autocompletions for 'extends' and 'excludes' in jshintrc files
- Add option to report warnings as errors
- Investigate bug of highlighting displaying incorrectly (Highlight is not correct when using tabs as indent #41)
