In order to have more details about how VT's are being created/destroyed, it seems reasonable to listen also the start/end events, and create a metric that measures all the VT started but not finished, this could be useful to detect if the application is being overwhelmed, and is creating VT's quicker than closing them.

Additionally, it could be useful in the class VirtualThreadMetrics to customize what events are going to generate metrics, and the recording settings.
