- crosstool-ng to 1.26 - gcc to 13.2.0 - binutils to 2.40 - gdb to 13.2 - musl to 1.2.4 Keep: - kernel: 4.15 - glibc 2.17
reference: crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng#2102 and this patch will not be needed when next version of crosstool-ng is released
- binutils 2.40 - musl 1.24 - gcc 13.2.0 - glib 2.17 - gdb 13.2
- gcc 13.2 - musl 1.2.4 - binutils 2.40 (only for musl) - gdb 13.2
- gcc 13.2.0 - musl 1.24 - binutils 2.40 - gdb 13.2

The key updates:
gcc 13.2.0
gdb 13.2
binutils 2.40 (for most builds)
musl 1.24
kernel and glibc are still the current version
I have tried armv7 builds in my own projects, but not others, only make sure the building was successful.
