Related to #20691 and #21077, it got noticed we have two very similar components with similar styling that could potentially be folded into one reusable component (with extra config options if needed).

This ticket is to understand the differences and explore the option of using just one of the components, probably Notification in all places in the Matomo app. Then the Alert component can be marked as deprecated and just encapsulate Notification until completely removed in the next major version.
