From the customer "When opening the goal report it says "Loading Data ..." but nothing shows up."

When in Goals > Overview if no goals have been setup yet, there is a message that displays on the page (located at the bottom) that says 'Loading Data...', as per the screenshot. The message stays on the page, continuously Loading Data.....

This has been replicated within a test trial account.
