Expected Behavior
When you open the side menu tooltips, then jump back to the dashboard, the tooltip should close? See Screen Capture

Current Behavior
When you open the side menu tooltips, then jump back to the dashboard, the tooltip remain on top.
Possible Solution
It maybe carry by session or cookies
