Saving plugin settings shows loading/saving indicator for all plugin settings #12825
Description
To reproduce, go to "Administration => General Settings" and save "Plugin Settings", eg for Queued Tracking. You will notice the indicator is shown for all plugins but should be only shown for the plugin that is being saved.
