In email reports, Page URLs reports are now shown flattened since #10870

It's very useful, however there is a small problem that is now visible. When a page URL is a sub-directory/ such as example.com/directory, then the email report Page URLs will show /directory/index instead of /directory

-> let's remove the /index in Matomo and simply write /, or /directory.
