In: b2a14a8 @tsteur fixed a bug where our PluginTests CI build was not running the PluginTests group of tests. Since this was fixed, our AllTests MySQLI build now times out after 42minutes.

Goal of this issue is to split the AllTests build in two separate jobs, so that each job ideally takes aroune 20-25 minutes and both succeed within the allocated 40minutes.

This is required for build to be green.
