I've updated from Piwik 1.12 to Piwik 2.2.0 yesterday and noticed in Visitors > Visitors Log > Actions column:

• instead of displaying "MyName's Homepage" in the page's title, it is displayed "MyName's Homepage" (html equivalent code for single quote ' character). Pages are in UTF-8 (also tested with UTF-8 without BOM, same results).

I am not sure now, but I beleive it was displayed correctly in 1.12
