Realme first appeared in China in 2010 (as Oppo Real) as a sub brand of Oppo, a subsidiary of BBK Electronics[1] and was incorporated in 2018.[2][3]

On July 30, 2018, Sky Li announced his intention to establish realme as an independent brand on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo. He said that in the future, the realme brand will focus on providing mobile phones that integrate strong performance and stylish design, bringing young people a joyful life featuring affordable "technology" and "beauty".

I suggest moving all models after 2018 to a new brand Realme
