$ mas upgrade
Everything is up-to-date

$ mas list

409203825 Numbers (6.1)

App Store lists Microsoft Remote Desktop version as (10.3), and is prompting to upgrade.

mas outdated

To Reproduce

View update listed in App Store.

Run mas upgrade

Expected Behavior

mas upgrades the app's listed in the store.

Actual Behavior

mas doesn't see the update.
