Looks like loongarch64-linux has some issues in the standard library that need to be resolved. Excluding that for now.

@marler8997 any idea how I could resolve this CI failure? I guess the CI logic is leaving too much fluff on the runner's disk between runs?

Thanks Alex! I fixed the running out of disk space issue here (75154b8) and rebased your changes.
