After opening a few files the opened files and tree view position is wrong and overflows.

• Can you reproduce the issue?

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a folder with a lot of files but the sidebar scrollbar should not appear
2. Open a few files. Opened files will begin to overflow with a scrollbar and slides up. The lower tree view files disappear because they are out of view.

Expected behavior:

Opened files should stay at the position and tree view files should be scrollable.
