Just FYI, this may cause memory exhaustion on servers running with restricted memory like the smallest dynos on Heroku with 512 MB RAM and 512 MB swap space. |

Pulled from Rails PR rails/rails#49947 - this will presumably be a default generated initializer in Rails 8, but I think it's safe to pull in now.
