Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Enable multi column interface
2. Try to go to blocked/muted list or blocked domain
   ...

Expected behaviour

There was a 3 dot menu on the compose box which was only way to go to the list

Actual behaviour

The 3 dot menu is gone, "More" button is not shown on multi column mode
