This PR introduces a rudimentary configuration file that can be used to configure Ghidrathon's behavior without requiring a rebuild. The configuration file allows Python shared modules to be specified, e.g.
numpy, and Java libraries to exclude when importing from Python, e.g.pdb.closes #38
