[pickers][DateTimeRangePicker] two referenceDate props to have a different default time #17510

Summary
Currently, DateTimeRangePicker has only one referenceDate prop that allows setting a default time when selecting two dates.
In my opinion it should be possible two define two referenceDates, so that a different end time for the second date can be chosen.
Examples
A car rental company opens at 8 am and closes at 5 pm. So the default starting time would be 8:00 and the default ending time would be 17:00.
