What?

Adds a new DataForm story showcasing how to control field visibility.

Why?

We were missing an example for this.

How?

Add a new story.

Testing Instructions

Run the storybook locally and visit "DataViews > DataForm > Visibility".

npm install && npm run storybook:dev
