PR removes the unnecessary
isLoadingprop from theDefaultLoadingResponsePlaceholdercomponent.P.S. I'm omitting the changelog entry; the one from the original issue will cover this.
Why?
It serves no purpose, and I should've listened to @t-hamano #70147 (comment).
