What?

Updating the documentation to provide alternatives to WordPress environment tool. Adds another open-source tool an open-source tool that makes local WordPress development easy.

Why?

DDEV is an open-source tool, that modernizes the local development flow of the developers and saves a lot of time. It's the only open-source tool that uses open-source technologies and focuses on making WordPress local development easy for developers.

Thanks for contributing, @mayankguptadotcom!

I'm going to close this as "stale" PR. It looks like local development docs have been rewritten, and it already lists other tools popular with WP developers.

Unfortunately, it would be hard to maintain an exhaustive list of all tools available.

@Mamaduka thank you. I understand completely. I saw the announcement of Studio and understood why ddev won't be included :)

@mayankguptadotcom, I don't think it's Studio vs ddev, it's probably more related to what WP folks are more comfortable with, IMO.

cc @ndiego

P.S. I don't use any of the listed options. Every dev has their tools.

The doc looks much different now: https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/getting-started/devenv/. The sections that this PR updated no longer exist, so I agree with closing this one.
