Describe the bug
When we add a self hosted videos with the classic editor, we can set many attributes. that are not available with the Gutenberg video block

Missing features:

• alternate sources (issue Video Block: alternate sources such as ogv and webm file formats #9457)
• subtitles (issue Video Block: Subtitles #7673)
• poster image (Issue Support of poster image for video block is missing #4837, PR Video block: Add poster image #9335)
• preload (auto/metadata/none) (PR Support 'preload' attribute for Video Block #7929)
• autoplay (PR Add video block attributes: Autoplay, Controls, Loop, Muted #7672)
• loop (PR Add video block attributes: Autoplay, Controls, Loop, Muted #7672)
