Introduce Named Revisions/Versions #60394

What problem does this address?

When working in the Block Editor, most users are used to saving frequently - whether it be with the Save button or simply hitting ctrl+S. This results in a LOT of revisions. While I know there's work (or at least talk about) making revisions more visual, but it would also be great to name revisions, similar to google documents ( https://support.google.com/docs/answer/190843?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop#zippy=%2Ccreate-a-named-version ).

What is your proposed solution?

Allow users to name revisions. For example, I may want to name a revision "Before removing Black Friday promotion" or "After adding grid post query". This would make it much easier for a user to revert back to a specific and desired point in time.
