The "Advanced" panels in the Block Inspector have become a catch-all of sorts; I'd like to clean up and organize what we have.

The first thing that comes to mind is the duplicative "Block Name" control. Renaming currently happens for blocks within the block toolbar, or in List View.

It's much easier, and requires less steps, from either—and both open the same familiar modal for renaming blocks (which is also used for templates, template parts, patterns, and perhaps pages soon).

This control populated in each block's "Advanced" panel is the only of its kind for renaming. I think we should remove it and keep the rename flow consistent across the editing experience.
