Quoting the reproduction report:
I am able to reproduce the issue in Firefox. After debugging for some time, I found that it is caused by this Firefox bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=965800TL;DR: The problem occurs because the parent element has draggable="true".
