Description

See the related ticket on Trac: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/63200

Quoting the reproduction report:

I am able to reproduce the issue in Firefox. After debugging for some time, I found that it is caused by this Firefox bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=965800

TL;DR: The problem occurs because the parent element has draggable="true".

You can check the bug here
https://jsfiddle.net/k43QZ/1/

If you open the link in Firefox, you won't be able to place the cursor exactly where you want in the input or text fields. However, this issue does not occur in Chrome.
