Query total: Only the background color shows by default in the color settings #69489

What problem does this address?
When I inserted this block I could not understand why the background color was showing in the color setting, but I had to manually enable the text color setting.
Why is the background color more important? I found it confusing.
What is your proposed solution?
Make both the background and text color show by default.
