Description

With current Gutenberg trunk active, the latest posts block shows sticky posts on top of the list of posts in the editors. The sticky posts do not show on top of the list on the front.

On WordPress 6.7.2, without Gutenberg active, the sticky posts are shown in their "non sticky" position in the list of posts.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Create a few posts, both sticky and non sticky.
Insert a latest posts block.
Confirm if the result in the editor and front is identical.
