Description

If the URL is long, most popovers should limit us to a certain width. However, after #57608 is merged, all URLs are displayed and the width does not seem to be restricted.

This may cause the controls on the right (Edit, Remove link, Link settings) to protrude off the screen, making it impossible to re-edit the URL.

• Insert an Image block.
